WORK–LIFEBALANCE
Achieving a healthy work–life balance is, for us, a matter of social responsibility. We understand that maintaining equilibrium between work and personal life is essential for the well-being and development of our employees. For this reason, in 2024 we decided to implement the following set of measures:

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
For our office and logistics staff.
Start time between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Finish between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

PARENTAL LEAVE
We have ensured that 100% of employees were entitled to and benefited from parental leave in 2024.

DIGITAL DISCONNECTION
We encourage the responsible use of electronic devices, promoting disconnection outside working hours.

REDUCED WORKING HOURS
We have implemented a 39-hour workweek so that our employees can finish at 3 p.m. on Fridays.

REMOTE WORK
We have introduced teleworking two days a week, whenever compatible with the specific requirements of each role.
