My profile
In this section, you can check your name, surname, telephone number, email and subscription to the Newsletter.
Orders
Under "Orders" you can easily view your current order information and order history.
Addresses
In "Addresses" you can add delivery addresses for future purchases. If you want to change or delete them, click "Edit" or "Delete." Please remember that you will need to change or update addresses before completing your order.
Returns
In this section, you can process the returns of your orders. We will keep you informed at all times by email of the status of the return.
Favorites
If you have marked any product in the catalog as a favorite, it will appear in this section

Shipping and deliveries

Shipping types and delivery times
Delivery times for an order will depend on the type of shipping selected. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 2 - 3 business days.
- Pickup in store: estimated delivery 2 - 3 business days. The available stores will be shown in the shipping section before completing the purchase.
- Collection at Pickup point: estimated delivery 2 - 3 business days. You will be able to choose the collection point only after paying for the order.
Select delivery to store or pickup point if you spend time away from home or are on vacation. You will have several days and ample time to pick it up. Additionally, you will join our ECO initiative .
These deadlines are indicative and begin counting from 24 business hours following the purchase date.
During periods of sales, promotions or special campaigns the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be subject to additional customs and/or import charges that will be borne by the customer.
In the case of placing an order outside the European Union, customs taxes and transport fees will be charged upon arrival in the destination country whenever applicable. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
The shipment of your order will be carried out by the transport company Seur and UPS if the order is international.

Order Tracking
Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
Item Availability
All orders are subject to item availability. In the event that we cannot send the product for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email and proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
Change shipping address of an order
If you need to modify the delivery address you must contact our online service department in the "contact" section as soon as possible.
Returns
If the order does not meet your expectations, you can make the return or exchange in our Silbon stores (except Silbon El Corte Inglés stores and Outlet stores). If you wish to process the return or exchange by mail or at a pickup point, you can do so by clicking here.
Changes at home or at a pickup point are only available in certain provinces.
Shipping costs
Home delivery costs will be calculated before payment.
In general terms in Peninsular Spain, Portugal and France the shipping costs are €3.90 if the order does not exceed €49. They will be free for purchases over €49.
In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, costs will be calculated before payment and may vary depending on the shipping city.
For the rest of the countries where we offer service, costs will be calculated before payment and may vary depending on the shipping city.
Shipping to a store or pickup point does not entail shipping costs.
Payments
Information related to payment methods
Payment by credit or debit card
If you make payment by credit or debit card, your data will be collected and processed with SLL encryption so that neither Silbon nor third parties will be able to access it.
Credit card payments are subject to authorizations and verifications by the issuing entity, which must authorize the payment to formalize the purchase. If your card is rejected it may be due to the following reasons:
- Expired card
- You may have exceeded your credit limit
- The fields you have entered may not be correct. In this case, check the data again.
Payment with paypal
You can pay with PayPal Express or select PayPal as the payment method in the payment part of the purchase process.

Devoluciones
Plazos y gastos de devolución
- Dispones de 30 días naturales desde que tu pedido se envía para solicitar una devolución.
- El cliente correrá con el coste de la devolución. No se permiten cambios de artículos.
- Deberás enviar tu devolución a calle Fausto García Tena 12, CP: 14014, Córdoba, España.
Condiciones para la devolución
- Para tramitar una devolución o cambio, los artículos deben conservar todas las etiquetas y/o embalajes originales, estar en perfecto estado y no haber sido usados.
- No se podrá solicitar cambio o devolución de tarjetas regalo, ropa interior, mascarillas o calcetines.
- Solo se podrá solicitar un cambio por prenda. Si el producto se ha cambiado y el nuevo no cumple con tus expectativas, contacta con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente aquí.
Plazos de reembolso
- Una vez recibamos la mercancía en nuestro almacén la devolución se efectuará en los 14 días siguientes.
- Una vez tramitado el reembolso, puede tardar hasta 14 días en verse reflejado en tu cuenta.
