Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size exchange or a return.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your return request to return the items to our facilities.
- The cost of returns with delivery to the store or SEUR pickup point is free. It is recommended to make a single request to process the exchange or return.(*)
- Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR and via UPS in France and Portugal.
- The costs of returns in the Balearic Islands will be borne by the buyer.
*The first size exchange or return of each order is free. In the case of having chosen a size exchange, the second or subsequent returns will incur a cost of €1.95 for return shipping fees.In the event that you proceed to request a partial return of the order, the first size change or partial return is free; however, the second or subsequent changes or returns will incur a cost of €1.95 for return shipping.
*Store returns are only available in mainland Spain.
Ways to process a return or exchange
- In-store returns: visit your nearest Silbon store with the QR code sent to your email and the item(s) to be returned. In-store exchanges cannot be processed; a return and a new sale will be processed instead. Exchanges and returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores at El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.
- Online returns: Request a return/exchange at a pickup point here.

Remember that you must include the printed QR code provided in the purchase confirmation email for identification.
Return or exchange conditions
- To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition, and not have been used.
- Exchanges or returns of underwear and socks cannot be requested.
Refund period
- Instant refunds will be available immediately in the account you specify during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise and provided that it does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. It may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
- If you return your order in-store, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise and provided that it does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. It may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will include all payments received by SILBON, including delivery costs if applicable.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, in which case you must provide another payment method for the refund. In this case, you need to provide us with all the necessary information so that we can process the refund to the designated method, including proof of ownership of the payment method you designated for the refund. If the refund method you designate, different from the one used for payment, incurs any additional costs, SILBON will inform you in advance. The refund may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account or designated payment method.

If an item has a flaw or defect and the return period has expired, the customer must notify our customer service team.
After the corresponding verification, the return will be handled by issuing a voucher for use on the website or by replacing the same garment, subject to availability.
