In case of payment by credit or debit card, your data will be collected and processed with SLL encryption so that neither Silbon nor third parties can access your data.

Credit card payments will be subject to authorisation and verification by the issuing bank, which may need to authorise the payment in order to complete the purchase. In the event that your card is rejected, this may be due to the following reasons:

- The expiry date of your card has been exceeded. 

- You may have exceeded your credit limit.

- The fields you have entered may not be correct. In this case, please check the data again.

Link your credit cards to your PayPal account and, when you want to pay, simply log in with your email and password and choose the card you wish to use to make the payment.

If you have made your purchase by selecting the bank transfer payment method, once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us indicating the account number to which you should make the payment. Please include the reference number of your order, as well as your name and surname in the transfer concept.

The products will not be reserved until we verify the payment.
