Return or exchange deadlines and costs

You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request a size change or a return.

The cost of returns is free. It is recommended to make only one request to process the exchange or return.

Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR.

The costs of size changes and returns in the Balearic Islands will be borne by the buyer.

Ways to process a return or exchange

Returns in physical stores: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order receipt or confirmation email and the item(s) to be returned. Exchanges cannot be processed in stores, a return and a new sale will be processed. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores at El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.

Return or exchange conditions

To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.

Gift cards and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Only one exchange per item can be requested . If the product has been exchanged and the new one does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service here .

Refund period

• Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
• If the selected refund method is not instant, the payment will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

• If you return your order in store, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used to process the order and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.*

*These times may be slightly longer during sales periods.

• Returns of gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be requested.

Repayment period

Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
