Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size exchange or a return.**
- Returns delivered to a SEUR pickup point are free of charge. It is recommended to submit a single request to process the exchange or return.
- Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR.
- Return costs in the Balearic Islands will be borne by the customer.
**The first exchange or return of each order is free. A fee of €1.95 will apply to any additional exchanges or returns.
Ways to process a return or exchange
- In-store returns: visit your nearest Silbon store with the order slip or confirmation email and the item(s) to be returned. Exchanges cannot be processed in-store; a return and a new purchase will be carried out instead. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at Silbon stores in El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.

Return or exchange conditions
To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
Gift cards and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refund period
- Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the payment will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund period

If an item presents a defect or fault and the return period has already expired, the customer must notify our customer service team.
Once the issue has been verified, the return will be managed either through the issuance of a voucher for use on the website or in store, or through the replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
