Return or exchange deadlines and costs

• You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size exchange or a return.**
  
• Returns delivered to a SEUR pickup point are free of charge. It is recommended to submit a single request to process the exchange or return.
  
• Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR.
  
• Return costs in the Balearic Islands will be borne by the customer.

**Extended return period: orders placed between November 16 and December 16 can be returned until January 15.

Ways to process a return or exchange

• In-store returns: visit your nearest Silbon store with the order slip or confirmation email and the item(s) to be returned. Exchanges cannot be processed in-store; a return and a new purchase will be carried out instead. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at Silbon stores in El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.

Return or exchange conditions

To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.

Gift cards and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Only one exchange per item can be requested . If the product has been exchanged and the new one does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service here .

Refund period

• Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
• If the selected refund method is not instant, the payment will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

• If you return your order in store, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used to process the order and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.*
