- Savings program: accumulate discounts for purchases made in a physical store or on the website to redeem on future purchases. The more purchases you accumulate, the more discount you can get with your purchases.
- Direct discount program: redeem the accumulated amount or enjoy other discounts or private sales for a limited time.
- Rewards: accumulate 1 point for every €10 purchase. You can redeem rewards for gifts in a physical store or online. You can get more information in the Benefits section once you have joined the club.
- Promotions: enjoy exclusive offers and benefits, tailored to your preferences and interaction with Silbon.
- Publications: access news and updates according to your preferences.
- Gift Coupons: Items that you can buy or even give to other users using a digital coupon with a personalized dedication.
- Credit Card: Digital card to immediately return the balance of a refund.
- Digital Ticket. Digitization of the ticket, both for purchases made in a physical store and online.
The Club People loyalty programme is valid in all Silbon physical stores in Spain and on the Spanish website.
Other currencies other than the Euro (€), “El Corte Inglés” stores, Silbon outlets, multi-brand stores, Amazon, and third-party physical or online stores that may sell Silbon products are excluded from its scope of application.
Membership of the Club People programme is free and does not require an initial purchase to join.
To access and redeem the benefits associated with your Club People account, it is necessary and mandatory to identify yourself in physical stores using the APP or Wallet QR code, and on the website by logging in or registering.
The membership levels that form part of Club People are as follows:
- Junior: Customers with spending between €0 and €1,000 over an 18-month period.
- Senior: Customers with spending between €1,000 and €2,500 over an 18-month period.
- Master: Customers with spending between €2,500 and €7,000 over an 18-month period.
- VIP: Customers with spending above €7,000 over an 18-month period.
If the spending amount required for each level is not maintained, you may move back to the lower level.
Silbon may communicate commercial information and information about the Club People loyalty programme via email, SMS, push notifications, app, WhatsApp, or through wallet pass.
All communications may be managed by the user in the “Notifications” section.
