Purpose and use of data

  • Be registered in the Silbon People Loyalty Program.
  • All redeemed items must be the legal property of the participant.
  • The consumer can participate in our program by redeeming a maximum of 3 items per month at participating stores.
  • The balance for the redeemed items will be issued through the Silbon People Loyalty Program.
  • The recharged balance will be available for the purchase of Silbon clothing and items on the website and in stores (not valid for purchases at El Corte Inglés or Outlet).
  • The condition of the item to be accepted, the balance charged for each item redeemed, and the retail price are determined by Silbon.
  • Silbon reserves the right to reject items for any reason at its sole discretion.
  • Redeemed items will not be returned to the participant for any reason. All exchanges are final.
  • Silbon Second Life items will be available for sale to the public on the Silbon website.
  • Silbon Second Life items are second-hand items and may show signs of wear and tear, we recommend washing before use.
  • Clothing purchased in Second Life will only be sent to physical stores, so the customer must select the store where they wish to pick up the product at the time of purchase. If the order also contains another new garment, the shipment will also be to our stores.
  • The delivery time for Second Life purchases in physical stores is 4-7 business days.
  • Garments obtained through collaborations with the brand are not accepted.
  • Returns are not accepted on items purchased Second Life.
