Joining the initiatives set by the Spanish Federation of Large Families (FEFN) we intend to protect and help all these families.
The development of the “Plan + Family” , in which FEFN collaborates with many other large companies, allows us to offer this special benefit to all members of the organization.

PURCHASE IN PHYSICAL STORE:
Show the QR that you can find in your App along with your large family card.
The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
ONLINE SHOPPING:
Log in to SILBON PEOPLE, add the items to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically before completing the payment.

1. Download the Silbon APP
2. Register in the account section and make sure you check the box “I want to be Silbon People”

3. You will receive an SMS to associate your phone, make sure you have coverage
4. Once registration is completed, access benefits
5. In benefits press the 3 dot menu

6. Access My groups
Step 4
7. Click on Join a group
Step 5
8. Enter the code FEFN followed by a “-” and your large family card number
Example: FEFN-99999555552222111
Step 6
9. Enjoy the online promotion by simply registering or in physical stores by presenting the QR that you can find in the menu below
CODE FORMAT
The code must have this format:
FEFN-MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
Example: FEFN-00100384300177713 (in the case of the example)
(if both parents have accounts at Silbon People, they can use the same card twice for the discount to be applied)
WHERE TO SEE YOUR LARGE FAMILIES MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
You will be able to locate the number you need to join the group on the large family card you have, whether from the federation or virtual in the APP. The steps are the same regardless of the type of card you have. The code format does not change either, you must always include the prefix FEFN- followed by your card number.
