MY ACCOUNT
In this section, you can check your name, surname, telephone number, email and subscription to the Newsletter.
Under "Orders" you can easily view your current order information and order history.
In "Addresses" you can add delivery addresses for future purchases. If you want to change or delete them, click "Edit" or "Delete." Please remember that you will need to change or update addresses before completing your order.
All orders are subject to item availability. In the event that we cannot send you the product for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email and proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
PAYMENTS
If you make payment by credit or debit card, your data will be collected and processed with SLL encryption so that neither Silbon nor third parties will be able to access it.
Credit card payments are subject to authorizations and verifications by the issuing entity, which must authorize the payment to formalize the purchase. If your card is rejected it may be due to the following reasons:
- Expired card
- You may have exceeded your credit limit
- The fields you have entered may not be correct. In this case, check the data again.
You can pay with PayPal Express or select PayPal as the payment method in the payment part of the purchase process.
Divide your payment into 3 completely free
Divide the payment of your order into 3 equal payments, without any added cost. One payment a month. Without further ado. Instantly and without paperwork.
For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €100 in 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card.

SILBON PEOPLE
Silbon People is Silbon's loyalty program with which you can accumulate discounts with all your purchases. You can also deduct the accumulated balance on your future purchases and redeem points accumulated for purchases for rewards.
All of this in physical stores and also online.
- Savings program: accumulate discounts for purchases made in a physical store or on the website to redeem on future purchases. The more purchases you accumulate, the more discount you can get with your purchases.
- Direct discount program: redeem the accumulated amount or enjoy other discounts or private sales for a limited time.
- Rewards: accumulate 1 point for every €10 purchase. You can redeem rewards for gifts in a physical store or online. You can get more information in the Benefits section once you have joined the club.
- Promotions: enjoy exclusive offers and benefits, tailored to your preferences and interaction with Silbon.
- Publications: access news and updates according to your preferences.
- Gift Coupons: Items that you can buy or even give to other users using a digital coupon with a personalized dedication.
- Credit Card: Digital card to immediately return the balance of a refund.
- Digital Ticket. Digitization of the ticket, both for purchases made in a physical store and online.
The Silbon People savings program consists of 4 levels based on the accumulated spending in Silbon, both in a physical store and online.
- “Junior” level: for users from the moment of registration. They accumulate a 2% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.
- “Senior” level: for clients who have spent more than €1,000 in a period of 18 months. They accumulate a 4% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.
- “Master” level: for clients who have spent more than €2,500 in a period of 18 months. They accumulate an 8% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.
- “VIP” level: for clients who have spent more than €7,000 in a period of 18 months. They accumulate a 12% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.
After 18 months the membership level will be recalculated and you may change levels.
The Silbon People loyalty program is in force in all Silbon physical stores in Spain and on the Spanish website.
Currencies other than the Euro (€), “El Corte Inglés” centers, Silbon outlets, multi-brand stores, Amazon or third-party physical or online stores that may sell Silbon brand products are excluded from the scope of application.
Membership in the Silbon People program is free and requires no initial purchase to access.
To access and redeem the benefits associated with your Silbon People account, it is necessary and mandatory to identify yourself in physical stores using the QR code of the APP or Wallet and on the website by logging in or registering.
Silbon may communicate commercial information and information about the Silbon People loyalty program through email, SMS, push notifications, app, WhatsApp or through wallet pass.
All communications can be managed by the user in the “Notifications” section.
