Returns & Exchanges

Do you need to return or exchange a product? In this section you can find all the information you need to know.

• To make any exchange or return, the purchase receipt in its physical or digital format will be an essential requirement (sent by email and available in the Silbon APP).
• The product must retain its label, have not been used and be in perfect condition (except defective).
• The refund of the amount will be made in the same payment method in which the item was purchased within 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase.
• All exchanges and returns can be made in any of our physical stores, except in Outlets and El Corte Inglés sales points.
• Gift tickets will be redeemed for another item, voucher or gift card within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• Vouchers and Gift Cards have no expiration date and can be used in any of our physical stores, except at El Corte Inglés points of sale.
• If special promotions are applied to your Online purchases, the refund amount will be recalculated by removing the promotion coupon used in said promotion.
• Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on underwear, custom-made, personalized and altered merchandise, except for a defect or defect in the product.
• Returns of Silbon Second Life products are not accepted.
