A step forward towards responsible consumption, with which we increase the
useful life of garments already produced through reuse and recycling.
The Silbon Second Life project arises from the need to insert the economy
circulate in our business model and provide our clients with a
new shopping and sustainable consumption experience.

STEP 2. Recharge balance in the APP. Instantly receive virtual balance for your next purchases.
STEP 3. Classification and labelling. The collected garments will be sorted and prepared for subsequent sale.
Step 4. Second Life sale. Second Life clothing will be available for purchase in our online store.
BALANCE PER GARMENT
A maximum of 3 items per client per month will be accepted. The recharged balance will be available in your Silbon People profile through our APP. You can check the value of each garment in the table below:

What does Second Life provide?

Second Life colabora con:
- CRUZ ROJA: Las prendas que no se vendan serán donadas a Cruz Roja de Córdoba
- VISIÓN CIRCULAR: el 30% de los ingresos de las prendas vendidas se donarán a Visión Circular
Information
The textile and fashion sector is one of the most polluting on the planet due to the large use of natural resources, greenhouse gas emissions and the generation of waste, so the implementation of circular projects is a way to reduce our impact and generate greater environmental and social awareness among consumers, suppliers and companies.
According to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the global production of textile waste in 2019 is estimated to be around 92 million tonnes. This amount represents an increase of 63% compared to the production of textile waste 20 years ago.
Men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’ clothing. We recommend washing and ironing the garments before taking them to a SILBON store to avoid stains and odors, increasing the likelihood that we will accept them.
Tailoring (premium garments made in various fabrics such as 100% wool, cottons, linens…), garments with alterations or customisations, collaboration pieces, accessories, swimwear (men, women, boys, girls), footwear, and homewear (underwear, pyjamas, and socks).
The garments must be:
- In perfect state
- clean
- Ironed
- NO rips
- NO breaks
- NO discoloration
- NO hitches
- Without stains
- NO odors

Garments are accepted at all our physical stores in Spain (except Outlet and El Corte Inglés).
By accessing, using or transacting in Silbon Second Life, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:
- Be registered in the Silbon People Loyalty Program.
- All redeemed items must be the legal property of the participant.
- The consumer can participate in our program by redeeming a maximum of 3 items per month at participating stores.
- The balance for the redeemed items will be issued through the Silbon People Loyalty Program.
- The recharged balance will be available for the purchase of Silbon clothing and items on the website and in stores (not valid for purchases at El Corte Inglés or Outlet).
- The condition of the item to be accepted, the balance recharged for each item redeemed, and the retail price are determined by Silbon.
- Silbon reserves the right to reject items for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Redeemed items will not be returned to the participant for any reason. All exchanges are final.
- Silbon Second Life items will be available for sale to the public on the Silbon website.
- Silbon Second Life items are second-hand items and may show signs of wear and tear, we recommend washing before use.
- Clothing purchased in Second Life will only be sent to physical stores, so the customer must select the store where they wish to pick up the product at the time of purchase. If the order also contains another new garment, the shipment will also be to our stores.
- The delivery time for Second Life purchases in physical stores is 4-7 business days.
- Garments obtained through collaborations with the brand are not accepted.
- Returns are not accepted on items purchased Second Life.
- Silbon España S.L.U. reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Silbon Second Life.
