RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return times and costs

Once you have made a purchase you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or refund. The return will be free as long as the final amount of the order once the return has been made is more than 49€. If it is less, the cost for the return will be €3.90 on the peninsula. For international and island returns, the cost of the return will be the cost of shipping.

Return in shop

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you can do so at any Silbon shop (except Silbon El Corte Inglés corners and Outlet shops). To make the return you must bring the garment along with the invoice of your order.

Return from home

If you wish to return the garment from your home, you must request a collection from your account. In the section "My orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request return". Then follow the steps provided to complete the return or exchange process.

Return or exchange options

- Size exchange or exchange for an item of the same value:

If you want to change the size of the product purchased for another size, and there is availability in the physical shop where you are going to make the change, you can make the change by handing over the garment purchased and the purchase invoice.

Each order has a free size change at home. Subsequent exchanges of the same order will be at the customer's expense.

- Return for another garment of more or less amount: 

In this case the return process will be carried out in two steps:

First, the garment is returned to the shop, the amount of this return will be refunded by the same payment method used in the online purchase within 7 days.

Secondly, the garments you buy in the shop must be paid for in full as if they were a new purchase, regardless of the online return transaction.

- Return for the full amount:

In this case, you will have to take the garment to the shop with the purchase invoice. The shop assistant who attends to you must give you proof of having collected the product. The garment will be sent to our central facilities for inspection. Within 7 days from the delivery of the garment in the shop, the amount will be refunded. If there is any incident, you will be informed within the same period.

International returns, Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If you wish to change the size or return a product that has been delivered to these destinations, you can do so by going in person to any Silbon shop.

For returns in Europe Zone I and the Balearic Islands, the cost of the return is paid by the customer, who can choose the courier agency of their choice. If the customer uses our service with SEUR, they will be charged the collection costs, which are the same as the delivery costs.

For size exchanges and returns in Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, USA, Mexico and American countries, the customer will proceed to return the first order at their own cost to make another one with the new sizes. Customs charges for returns in these areas will be deducted from the refund.

Return limitations

Gift cards, undergarments, masks, socks or boxers cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund period

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to process the order within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
