MY ACCOUNT
In this section, you can check your name, surname, telephone number, email and subscription to the Newsletter.
Under "Orders" you can easily view your current order information and order history.
In "Addresses" you can add delivery addresses for future purchases. If you want to change or delete them, click "Edit" or "Delete." Please remember that you will need to change or update addresses before completing your order.
In this section, you can process the returns of your orders. We will keep you informed at all times by email of the status of the return.
If you have marked any product in the catalog as a favorite, it will appear in this section
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times for an order will depend on the type of shipping selected. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days.
- Pickup in store: estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. The available stores will be shown in the shipping section before completing the purchase.
- Pickup at Pickup point: estimated delivery 1 - 4 business days. You will be able to choose the collection point only after paying for the order.
Select delivery to store or pickup point if you spend time away from home or are on vacation. You will have several days and ample time to pick it up. Additionally, you will join our ECO initiative .
These deadlines are indicative and begin counting from 24 business hours following the purchase date.
During periods of sales, promotions or special campaigns the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be subject to additional customs and/or import charges that will be borne by the customer.
In the case of placing an order outside the European Union, customs taxes and transport fees will be charged upon arrival in the destination country whenever applicable. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
The shipment of your order will be carried out by the transport company Seur and UPS if the order is international.

Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
All orders are subject to item availability. In the event that we cannot send the product for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email and proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
If you need to modify the delivery address you must contact our online service department in the "contact" section as soon as possible.
If the order does not meet your expectations, you can make the return or exchange in our Silbon stores (except Silbon El Corte Inglés stores and Outlet stores). If you wish to process the return or exchange by mail or at a pickup point, you can do so by clicking here.
Changes at home or at a pickup point are only available in certain provinces.
Home delivery costs will be calculated before payment.
In general terms in Peninsular Spain, Portugal and France the shipping costs are €3.90 if the order does not exceed €49. They will be free for purchases over €49.
In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, costs will be calculated before payment and may vary depending on the shipping city.
For the rest of the countries where we offer service, costs will be calculated before payment and may vary depending on the shipping city.
Shipping to a store or pickup point does not entail shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request an exchange or return.
- The cost of return or exchange will be €1.90.
- Returns or exchanges at home will be managed through SEUR.
- Returns or exchanges at the pickup point will be managed through the Post Office.
Ways to process a return or exchange
- In a physical store: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order delivery note or confirmation email and the garment(s) to be returned or exchanged. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores at El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.
- Request a return/exchange at home or at a pickup point here.
Return or exchange conditions
- To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
- Gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Only one exchange can be requested per garment . If the product has been changed and the new one does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service here .

- Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the credit will be made to the same payment method used to
process the order and it will be effective in a maximum of 14 days. - If you return your order in store, the refund will be made to the same payment method with which you processed the order and it may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account.

PAYMENTS
If you make payment by credit or debit card, your data will be collected and processed with SLL encryption so that neither Silbon nor third parties will be able to access it.
Credit card payments are subject to authorizations and verifications by the issuing entity, which must authorize the payment to formalize the purchase. If your card is rejected it may be due to the following reasons:
- Expired card
- You may have exceeded your credit limit
- The fields you have entered may not be correct. In this case, check the data again.
You can pay with PayPal Express or select PayPal as the payment method in the payment part of the purchase process.
Divide your payment into 3 completely free
Divide the payment of your order into 3 equal payments, without any added cost. One payment a month. Without further ado. Instantly and without paperwork.

SILBON PEOPLE
Silbon People is Silbon's loyalty program with which you can accumulate discounts with all your purchases. You can also deduct the accumulated balance on your future purchases and redeem points accumulated for purchases for rewards.
All of this in physical stores and also online.
- Savings program: accumulate discounts for purchases made in a physical store or on the website to redeem on future purchases. The more purchases you accumulate, the more discount you can get with your purchases.
- Direct discount program: redeem the accumulated amount or enjoy other discounts or private sales for a limited time.
- Rewards: accumulate 1 point for every €10 purchase. You can redeem rewards for gifts in a physical store or online. You can get more information in the Benefits section once you have joined the club.

The Silbon People savings program consists of 4 levels based on the accumulated spending in Silbon, both in a physical store and online.
- “Junior” level: for users from the moment of registration. They accumulate a 2% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.
- “Senior” level: for clients who have spent more than €1,000 in a period of 18 months. They accumulate a 4% discount on their purchases to redeem on future orders.

Currencies other than the Euro (€), “El Corte Inglés” centers, Silbon outlets, multi-brand stores, Amazon or third-party physical or online stores that may sell Silbon brand products are excluded from the scope of application.
Membership in the Silbon People program is free and requires no initial purchase to access.
To access and redeem the benefits associated with your Silbon People account, it is necessary and mandatory to identify yourself in physical stores using the QR code of the APP or Wallet and on the website by logging in or registering.
Silbon may communicate commercial information and information about the Silbon People loyalty program through email, SMS, push notifications, app, WhatsApp or through wallet pass.
