The delivery times of an order will depend on the type of shipment selected. We offer the following shipping methods:

- Home delivery: 2 - 4 working days. Free of charge for Spain and Portugal for orders over 49€. For orders under 49€ the shipping costs will be 3,90€.

- Collection in shop. 2 - 6 working days. Shipping costs are free of charge.

Those delivery times are approximate. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.

Delivery times start from 24 working hours after the date of purchase. During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns the delivery time may be longer than usual.

In the event of an order being placed outside the European Union, customs duties and transport taxes will be charged on arrival in the destination country if applicable. Those charges must be paid by the recipient.

Your order will be shipped by the transport company Seur.

Once payment has been authorised, you will receive an e-mail with your order number. You will then be able to check the status of your order in the "My orders" section.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time. 

All orders are subject to item availability. In the event that we cannot send you the product for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place the order for these substitute items, we will refund the amount paid.

- Mainland Spain: Standard shipping from 3,90 €* as long as the order is less than 49€ (Including Portugal)

- Balearic Islands: 10,00 €.

- Canary Islands: Free shipping for orders over 100 €. Shipping costs of 25 € for orders of less than 100 €. 

- Ceuta and Melilla: 30,00 €.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs and/or import charges at destination, in addition to the amount of the order and the previously applied shipping costs. Customers must bear the corresponding costs.

- France: 3,95 € for orders under 49 €.

If you need to change the delivery address, you should contact our online service department in the "contact" section as soon as possible.

The return of the garments does not entail the reimbursement of these expenses.
