During sales periods, promotions, or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, and France
- Home delivery: estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. (*)
- Store collection (available only in mainland Spain): estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. The collection period is up to 30 calendar days. Available stores will be displayed in the shipping section before completing your purchase. (*)
- Delivery to pickup point (mainland Spain only): estimated delivery in 2–3 business days. The collection period is up to 10 calendar days. Available pickup points will be shown within the shipping section before completing the purchase. (*)
Second Life Programme
Shipping costs will always apply to orders that include items from the Second Life section.
Canary Islands
- Home delivery: estimated delivery within 5–9 business days. The delivery period starts from the shipment date. (*)
For orders to the Canary Islands, a DNI or passport is required and will be requested by email prior to shipment. In addition, the order may be subject to local taxes (IGIC), where applicable. These charges are not related to Silbon and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
European Union
- Home delivery: estimated delivery within 5–7 business days. The delivery period starts from the shipment date. (*)
International
- Home delivery: estimated delivery within 5–9 business days. The delivery period starts from the shipment date. (*)
For orders outside the European Union, it is necessary to validate your ID or passport in advance in order to issue the commercial invoice for customs purposes. This information will be requested during the checkout process or by email, and the order will not be shipped until it is received.
Customs duties and transport charges, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient once the order arrives in the destination country.
If a package is rejected after shipment, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
In the event of loss or misdelivery, the full order amount will be refunded.

(*) Delivery times are approximate and start from the first 24 business hours following the purchase date.
If you are away from home or on holiday, we recommend selecting store collection. You will have up to 30 calendar days and extended opening hours to collect your order. In addition, you will be contributing to our ECO initiative.

Once payment has been authorised, you will receive an email with your order number. From that moment on, you will be able to check the status of your order in the “My orders” section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link. Through this link, you will be able to know the status and location of your order at any time.
All orders are subject to item availability.
- If we are unable to send you the product for any reason, we reserve the right not to formalise the order.
- If the order has already been placed, we reserve the right to notify you by email and proceed with cancelling the order and refunding the amount using the same payment method used during the purchase process.
- All international shipments are managed exclusively from our central warehouse. Consequently, if an item is not available in that warehouse, it will not be possible to ship it to destinations outside mainland Spain. This information will be indicated to the customer during the checkout process.
