During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping
The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal and France
• Home delivery: estimated delivery 2–3 business days. (*)
• In-store pickup (Spain only): estimated delivery 2–3 business days. Available stores will be shown in the shipping section before completing your purchase. (*)
Second Life Program
Orders containing items from the Second Life section will always incur shipping costs.
Canary Islands
• Home delivery: estimated delivery 4–6 business days. The time frame starts from the moment the order is shipped. (*)
European Union
• Home delivery: estimated delivery 5–7 business days. The time frame starts from the moment the order is shipped. (*)
International
• Home delivery: estimated delivery 5–9 business days. The time frame starts from the moment the order is shipped. (*)
For orders outside the EU, please note that your order will not be shipped until you provide your ID or passport for the intra-community invoice, which will be requested by email.
Customs duties and transport fees, if applicable, will be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
* If you refuse the package once shipped, the costs generated during the shipping process will be deducted from the order refund.
* In case of loss or misplacement, a full refund will be issued.
General Information
(*) These delivery times are estimates and start counting from 24 business hours after the purchase date. Choose in-store pickup if you are away from home or on holiday. You will have several days and a wide schedule to collect your order. Plus, you will be joining our ECO initiative.
Orders are shipped via SEUR (domestic) and UPS (international).
During sales, promotions, or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping to a store does not entail shipping costs.
Home delivery costs will be calculated before payment.

Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
