Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request an exchange or return.
- The cost of the first return or exchange will be free. Returns or subsequent exchanges of the same order will have a cost of €3.90.
- Only one exchange can be requested per garment.
- You must take your return or exchange to your nearest GLS point.
Ways to process a return or exchange
- In a physical store: go to your nearest Silbon store with the order delivery note or confirmation email and the garment(s) to be returned or exchanged.
- Request a return/exchange at home or at a pickup point here.
Return or exchange conditions
- To process a return or exchange, the items must retain all the original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
- Gift cards, underwear, masks or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Only one exchange can be requested per garment . If the product has been changed and the new one does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service here .
Repayment period
- Instant refunds will be available immediately to the account you indicate during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the credit will be made to the same payment method used to
process the order and it will be effective in a maximum of 14 days. - If you return your order in store, the refund will be made to the same payment method with which you processed the order and it may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account.

- The cost of returns in the Canary Islands will be borne by the buyer.

- Underwear cannot be returned.
Refund period
- Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you specify during the return request.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, in which case you must provide us with another payment method for the refund. In this case, you must provide us with all the necessary data so that we can process the refund using the designated method, including proof of ownership of the payment method you have designated for the refund. If the refund method you designate, different from the one used for payment, incurs any additional cost, SILBON will inform you beforehand. The refund may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account or designated payment method.

- The customer will be responsible for managing the return and any costs it may incur. Exchanges of items are not allowed.

If an item has a flaw or defect and the return period has expired, the customer must notify our customer service team.
After the corresponding verification, the return will be handled by issuing a voucher for use on the website or by replacing the same garment, subject to availability.
