During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping
Delivery times for an order will depend on the shipping method selected. We offer the following shipping methods:
Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal and France
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 2-3 business days. (*)
- In-store pickup (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands only): estimated delivery 2-3 business days. Available stores will be shown in the shipping section before finalizing your purchase. (*)
Second Life program
Shipping costs will always be charged on orders containing items from the Second Life section.
Canary Islands
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 5-9 business days. The timeframe begins counting from the date the order is shipped.(*)
For orders to the Canary Islands, we will need to validate your ID card or passport beforehand. We will request this information via email, and your order will not be shipped until we have received it.
European Union
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 5-7 business days. The timeframe begins counting from the date the order is shipped.(*)
International
- Home delivery: estimated delivery 5-9 business days. The timeframe begins counting from the date the order is shipped.(*)
For orders outside the European Union, we will need to validate your ID or passport before generating an intra-community invoice. We will request this information via email, and your order will not be shipped until we have received it.
Customs duties and transport fees will be paid by the recipient once the package arrives in the destination country, if applicable.
*If you refuse the package once it has been sent, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
*In case of loss or misplacement, a full refund of the order will be issued.
General information
(*) These delivery times are estimates and begin counting from 24 business hours after the purchase date. Select store pickup if you'll be away from home or on vacation. You'll have several days and extended hours to collect your order. Plus, you'll be supporting our ECO initiative.
Your order will be shipped by the transport company SEUR, and UPS if the order is international.
During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Shipping to a store does not entail shipping costs.
Home delivery costs will be calculated before payment.

Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
